Why We Love It:
Veronica cinerea brings a soft, silvery texture to the garden that pairs beautifully with stone and gravel. Its fine, thyme-like foliage forms a dense, tidy mat, while delicate blooms rise just above the foliage, adding a subtle wash of color in early summer. Tough, drought tolerant, and easy to maintain, it’s an excellent choice for filling gaps, softening edges, and tying together waterwise plantings with understated texture and color.

Additional Info:
Native to parts of the eastern Mediterranean and Asia Minor. Thrives in lean soils with excellent drainage and performs especially well in rock gardens, crevice plantings, and alpine-style landscapes. Benefits from occasional trimming after flowering to maintain a compact habit.
