Refund Policy

At Desert Blooms we take great care in packing healthy, established plants for shipment from our Colorado greenhouse.

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your shipping box arrives visibly damaged, any claim for shipping-related damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We are unable to file carrier claims on behalf of customers.

If there is an issue with the plant itself upon arrival, photos must be emailed to us within 24 hours of delivery. After review, approved claims will receive store credit only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To help us evaluate plant concerns, please include:

  • Clear photos of the plant
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

Plants naturally vary in size, shape, color, and seasonal appearance throughout the year. Minor cosmetic imperfections and normal transplant stress are not considered damage.
